Very nice hotel. The proximity to the stadium was great! Rooms were clean and the staff were all very nice. The beds and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is the entranceway is a little cumbersome to get to. There's no alternative to valet parking, and waiting in line to be parked took a LONG time. I am surprised the city allowed this arrangement since it blocks traffic. Overall though, I would definitely stay again.

I think I’ve found my new go to hotel when I’m in Columbus ! I’d heard about it and had to give it a try ( glad I did ! ) My stay was good. Can’t complain about anything since the service was always on point & my needs were met. I really loved my room: it was surprisingly very spacious. There’s a fridge & coffee station which was convenient. They also provide breakfast (for a fee), however, I’ll just recommend waking up early and enjoy your breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. They have a gym but no pool. Bonus: There’s a restaurant on the rooftop with the most amazing view < make sure to checkout my review about it ;) > Overall, it’s a 10/10. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back !

The Canopy hotel is beautiful! The rooms and lobby are all very modern and well- kept! Possibly the quietest room we've ever stayed in! We used the valet for parking, then walked the couple blocks for dinner and to go to Nationwide Arena! The rooftop bar/ patio are gorgeous- the fire tables kept us warm on a cool night and the views are amazing! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we attend an event at Nationwide!

This hotel experience was a nightmare from hell!!! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. My partner and I valet our car over night. The next morning went down to get our car & they told us the car was gone. The car was not parked in a parking garage or in a gated lot. we had walked through SEVERAL lots to get to ours which was very strange. The valet employee had told us “that’s what happens to nice cars in downtown Columbus.” The whole situation was really suspicious. The hotel told us they were not liable for any of this and got away with all of it. LET ME ADD you cannot park your own vehicle and you are required to valet your car. The manager of the hotel told us they would refund our stay plus the valet service and NEVER DID. We have called & they have done absolutely nothing for us. Basically we paid to get our car stolen & are out 40 grand because of this horrible experience. ALSO. We had to switch rooms at 2 am because our air conditioner was broken. The staff & managers did absolutely nothing to help. This is 2 months later & we are still dealing with this. Moral of the story : DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL

The staff, service & overall stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. May have been one of the best valet services I've every worked with, as well. Beds were extremely comfortable, delicious coffee provided at check-out & water in the lobby throughout the stay. Thought the location was central to a lot of activities, food & bars in the area. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Quality Ambiance, Nice Rooms, Questionable Staffing. Breakfast goes till 11AM on Saturday and Sunday (per front desk), Restaurant: Oh we stop seating at 10:45; so Breakfast stops at 10:45, NOT 11, bet, might want to inform guests of that when they ask. (Minus 1 Star) Valets have no idea what the others are doing, was waiting for my car and was asked no less than 3 times in less than 5 minutes (once per valet) if I had been helped. (Minus 0.5 Star) Housekeeping, multiple signs that my room was not completely cleaned: Multiple long brown hairs on the wall of my shower, bed side tables with...gunk. Dust was thick enough on multiple surfaces to swipe 2-3" and have buildup on finger. (Minus 1 Star) Overall Maintenance: Room had a bathroom countertop with a chunk missing, light cover around lights in bathroom not in place. (Minus 0.5 Star) The electronic key on the phone is cool, but clunky. Suggest that you get a hard key; does make for an extremely secure hotel.
